We are based in Essex and are happy to serve our local area as well as immediate counties such as London and Kent. Our chauffeurs will happily drive you to your wedding, a birthday, your prom or graduation and will take reservations for airport or hotel transfers when you go on your Honeymoon.

This means you don’t have to worry and can relax in the company of a professional driver. Because each one of our vehicles is different in age to the next and in the way they drive we will only allocate the driver that is used to driving your choice of car.

All of our cars are driven by our chauffeur drivers only for insurance reasons. Our drivers have years of experience in driving in Essex, London, Kent and other counties so you can enjoy the ride.

We have 10 cars in our fleet, each one very different to the next. We are happy to hire just one car or all of them, provided that they are available at the time you need them.

Yes. Part of our packages include the option to add ribbons and rosettes in the colour, or colours, of your choice.

Provided that the number of passengers does not exceed the vehicles’ capacity, anyone can travel. This will of course depend on the occasion. The Groom may travel to the Church or venue on his own, or with his Best Man and Ushers. Whilst a Bride may travel solo, with the Father or Mother of the Bride, or with her bridesmaids. We find for birthdays and other special occasions that our clients invite some guests to travel with them.

Please note, you are not limited to the number of cars that you can hire from us and whether you hire one or more, it is entirely your choice.

Yes, this will depend on the time constraints for the original booking and the mileage involved. However, we operate a bespoke service and will tailor each of your requests to suit. Please note that standard hire duration is 3 hours with a 50 mile round trip included.

Of course! If you are being collected from home or other destination with awkward access, our Chauffeurs are trained to determine the situation on the day and will make a decision at the time.

Yes. We will request a small deposit upon taking your reservation to cover administration costs. The remaining payment will be required before the day.

Please call us at your earliest convenience. We realise unforeseen events can occur and will do our best to help when you need to cancel or change your booking.

We maintain our fleet in great detail so this is highly unlikely. Whilst our cars are hugely reliable, should one of our cars happen to break down when you are travelling with us, a professional chauffeur will be with you to make alternative arrangements.

Ensuring that you reach your destination is something we excel at regardless of small mishaps. Should a car break down on our way to collect you, again other arrangements will be made without delay.

Our vehicles and chauffeurs are all comprehensively insured through independent insurers and whilst you travel with us you are protected under our policies. Should anything happen to go wrong, you can trust that we are fully covered.

No. We are honest and open about our package prices. Any additional costs will be explained to you upon booking. They may include our time for any delays that take you over the hire duration of 4 hours; if your venue changes and is over the mileage limit of 50 miles for a round trip; if you cancel; or if you choose optional extras.

Our team will make sure you understand all costs involved, including additional (not hidden) fees that may be attracted in the event that your plans change.

Unfortunately you can not, all of our cars are driven by our uniformed chauffeurs only due to insurance purposes.

Each price for the hire of our cars is priced individually to suit and depends on your location, the location of the venue, the time you require the hire for and for how many cars you require. Please contact us with all of this information for our best price.
